Great place and location!

This was our 12th year on Topsail Island and the most incredible year to date - largely in part because of this beautiful home! This was a HOME away from home - not a cheaply stocked rental. The 10 of us had room to breathe. The large and well equipped kitchen made meals easy. The family environment (games, toys, etc) made it easy for our kids to settle in. The proximity to the beautiful pool, playground, and basketball court was part of our choice and we are so thrilled that we did. This home is beautifully decorated, highly functional, and extremely clean and comfortable. Our host was quick to communicate and answer questions, before and after we booked. This space was perfect for a large family or a gathering of friends providing good fishing, kayaking, boating, beach views and easy beach access. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Andrea and your family for opening your lovely home to us!

Great House Positive: Nice house, elevator great for luggage and our older family, the main living space was so nice, beds super comfortable, many many plus', including pool. Negative: The thermostats kinda did their own thing, not sure if host controls them but we came back one evening from shopping and one floor was set to 64! And my only real complaint, and it's a big one for me, on our last day, Friday morning, they came at like 7am and mowed and weedeated, it was so loud and annoying, we packed up the night before so we could sleep a little late, but nope!
